are trainers, organizational consultants and UKCP accredited psychotherapists working in the field of human and organizational change. They founded Asta Facilitation (astafacilitation.net) to work with individuals, teams, organizations and communities around facilitating change, conflict resolution, leadership, team building, diversity consciousness. As members of RSPOPUK faculty they train and supervise psychotherapists and facilitators.

Qualification:
This course can be taken as part of ongoing professional development.

Who should attend:
This workshop is designed for people in leadership positions or those aspiring to be. It addresses those trained or working in the caring professions (counselling & psychology, social work, teaching, nursing, health care...) who seek the challenge of reaching the full vision of their leadership and in turn support their teams and organizations to bring out their potential.

Content:
Conventional wisdom dictates that there is a particular model of leadership that we should aspire to. In this workshop you will discover and harness your own unique style of leadership and learn how, even in the midst of the most difficult problems you face, you can shift your awareness and discover the way forward.
We will introduce process work ideas in which leadership is based on accessing our innermost resources and orientation to facilitate the intelligence and creativity within a team or organisation.
